Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods  All orders include tracking and are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain compound integrity during transit.

Domestic Shipping (US Only) We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Prometheus Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@prometheuspeptides.co within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable.
