Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any research compounds.

Due to the nature of our products — lyophilized peptide compounds requiring cold-chain handling — we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. Once a product leaves our facility we cannot verify storage conditions, and all sales are considered final at the time of shipment.

Exceptions — we will replace or refund if:

• Your order arrives visibly damaged or compromised
• You receive the wrong product
• Your package is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

To report an issue, contact us at hello@prometheuspeptides.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We review each case individually.

All products are sold for research purposes only. Prometheus Peptides reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
